Family Based Therapist

Our Approach

We utilize Systemic Family Therapy (SFT), a comprehensive approach that addresses a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, oppositional behavior, abuse, trauma, and delinquency. As a Family Based Therapist, you'll work collaboratively with referral sources, key participants, and other service providers to provide holistic support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide family-focused services in the comfort of clients' homes or in the community
  • Collaborate with referral sources, key participants, and other service providers to ensure comprehensive support
  • Work a flexible schedule that's responsive to client needs, including evening hours
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A master's degree in professional counseling, psychology, social work, or an approved behavioral science
  • Current licensure in the State of Minnesota for independent practice in social work, psychology, professional counseling, or marriage and family therapy
  • A passion for working with youth and families
