Office Operations Coordinator

Are you a proactive and organized individual looking for a challenging administrative role? As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles and strong communication and organizational skills. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and have the ability to work independently.
The estimated salary for this role is $17 - $19 per hour. In addition to competitive pay, you will also receive a positive and collaborative work environment and room for growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Handle office correspondence and maintain filing systems
- Assist with data entry and document preparation
- Support team with various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training preferred
- 1-2 years of administrative experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
