Clinical Coordination Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Coordination Specialist to join our team at COPILOT, a growing third-party hub services company. This full-time opportunity is based in Maitland, FL, and offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
In this role, you will serve as a liaison between medical providers and health insurance companies, assisting with coordination of care for medication or treatment. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will ensure seamless interactions with clients, patients, and doctors' offices across the nation.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with authorizations and check status of pending authorizations.
- Connect with medical doctors' offices regarding clinicals, authorizations, transfers, and follow-ups.
- Investigate benefits request submissions from medical doctors' offices.
As a Clinical Coordination Specialist, you will work closely with field access managers and key account managers to ensure program needs are met. You will also communicate with sales representatives as needed and document case information in our system.
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
