Job Title: Electrical Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Procurement Specialist to join our team at Safeguard Global Recruiting. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a rapidly-growing organization and contribute to the success of our electrical projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of electrical parts and materials for our company projects. This includes managing timelines, lead times, and deliverables of all company inventory, as well as communicating with project leads and the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently source and coordinate electrical parts and materials for company projects
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of parts and materials
  • Communicate with project leads and the leadership team to ensure seamless project execution
  • Document procedures and vendor information for the purchase of company inventory and materials
  • Provide inventory valuations and reports as needed
  • Maintain and organize company warehouse and inventory

Requirements:

  • Over 6-10 years of experience in electrical procurement and materials management
  • Strong knowledge of electrical parts and materials required by large commercial vessels
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
