Position Overview
Bassetti's innovative marketing team is in search of a Marketing Coordinator for our Seattle office. This position will primarily concentrate on spearheading the development, creation, editing, and coordination of RFQ/P submissions. The ability to manage multiple deadlines, support various projects, and encourage teamwork is vital for success in this role. Strong creativity, layout and graphic design skills, along with excellent writing capabilities, are essential to enhance our marketing materials and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective RFQ and RFP submissions, focusing on impactful writing, editing, and visual presentation.
- Create and refine content for both digital and print communication materials (proposals, websites, social media, e-blasts, videos, brochures, etc.).
- Collaborate with pursuit teams to formulate robust pursuit strategies and highlight Bassetti's unique advantages.
- Provide guidance and support for photography related to completed projects and team members.
- Assist in preparing for interviews by gathering necessary materials.
- Help organize project data and images using relevant software.
- Conduct business development research as needed.
- Engage actively in targeted professional and community organizations.

Qualifications and Experience
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign.
- Skilled in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong visual communication abilities, including typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A proactive and results-driven approach.
- A commitment to continuous learning and a collaborative work ethic.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Capable of taking ownership of projects and seeing them through to completion.
- Possesses a friendly, team-oriented attitude and enjoys collaborating in a creative setting.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with A/E/C industry terminology and processes is preferred.
