As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be instrumental in providing the necessary structure, discipline, and momentum to ensure campaigns meet their objectives.

This role serves as the champion of the campaign process, anticipating challenges before they arise.

You will demonstrate the ability to start with the end in mind, focusing on the needs of customers, stakeholders, and relevant team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and drive the creation of high-volume, quality content and messaging for various marketing channels.
  • Maintain a detail-oriented and organized approach, managing multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Act as the primary liaison for agency management in content creation.
  • Oversee the review and approval process for deliverables.
  • Utilize tools such as Workfront and SIM to manage tasks and raise tickets as needed.
  • Monitor campaign or program development timelines and tasks within Workfront.
  • Identify and escalate project risks while ensuring performance metrics are tracked and analyzed.
  • Establish key milestones and drive realistic deadlines.
  • Manage project communications, serving as the initial point of contact between agencies and stakeholders regarding content development.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project status updates and metrics to the appropriate audience.
  • Clearly articulate project scope, timelines, ownership, risks, and mitigation strategies at each phase.
  • Continuously seek process improvements for each campaign or program.
  • Engage with stakeholders across borders and collaborate within a global team across various time zones.

A Day in the Life

Each day presents unique challenges as a Marketing Coordinator.

You will work both independently and collaboratively on projects at various stages, from inception to execution.

Your role will involve tracking project progress, sharing updates with key stakeholders, and ensuring the health of campaigns from development to delivery.

Regular communication with creative agencies regarding content quality will be essential.

You will manage task tickets and have a high-level understanding of campaign content to contribute effectively to planning and optimization discussions.

Identifying roadblocks and driving resolutions will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring clear hand-offs to the appropriate team members when necessary.

Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in program or project management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, charts, data cleansing).
  • Experience with project management tools such as Workfront or Asana.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including prioritization, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
