Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a Marketing Coordinator to join our vibrant marketing team in Seattle. This role is pivotal in steering the development, crafting, editing, and coordination of RFQ/P submissions. You will be managing various deadlines, supporting diverse projects, and promoting teamwork, which are essential components of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of compelling RFQ and RFP submissions, ensuring high-quality writing, editing, and visual presentation.
- Generate and refine content for both digital and print communication materials, including proposals, websites, social media, e-blasts, videos, and brochures.
- Collaborate with pursuit teams to develop effective strategies and highlight Bassetti's unique value propositions.
- Oversee photography direction and support for completed projects and team members.
- Assist in preparing for interviews by gathering necessary materials.
- Help organize project data and images using various management systems.
- Conduct business development research to support marketing initiatives.
- Engage actively in relevant professional and community organizations.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign, with strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong visual communication abilities, including typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A proactive, results-driven attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and collaboration.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage several deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with A/E/C industry terminology and processes is a plus.
