  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, or Communications
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Demonstrated experience in Marketing or Communications
  • Experience in an Architectural, Engineering, or Construction firm is highly preferred
  • Ability to lead meetings with diverse teams and experienced executives
  • Relationship-oriented: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset

  • Proficiency in InDesign, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Visual communication and design skills
  • Strong project management capabilities, including coordination with internal stakeholders and a results-driven approach with attention to detail

Primary Duties

  • Drafting and editing company documentation
  • Overseeing the proposal production process: crafting and refining content, designing proposal layouts and graphics, and ensuring quality control through proactive communication and coordination throughout the proposal lifecycle
  • Designing proposals using InDesign, in collaboration with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency
  • Facilitating kickoff meetings for pursuits, assigning content responsibilities and deadlines, and synthesizing contributions from various sources
  • Managing documentation for project onboarding
  • Translating complex ideas into engaging marketing materials
  • Creating both print and digital marketing assets, including new business proposals, brochures, and content for websites and social media
  • Representing the company at marketing events, both online and in-person
  • Assisting the Sales team with cross-functional campaigns, customer outreach, research, and more

Compensation & Benefits
