Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking an HR Administrative Assistant - Data Entry to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, preparing reports, and providing administrative support to our HR department.


Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data entry and record-keeping
  • Preparing reports and documentation
  • Providing administrative support to the HR department
  • Assisting with employee onboarding and benefits administration

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of two years of clerical experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems

Compensation

We offer a salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.


Location

This position is based in Rancho Cordova, CA, and requires occasional travel using your personal vehicle. A reliable means of transportation and a valid California driver's license are required.
