Life-Assist, Inc. is a fast-paced and dynamic organization dedicated to making a difference in our community. We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Assistant Manager (HRAM) to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled HR professional with a strong background in human resources administration to manage our human resources programs, including AA/EEO compliance, recruitment, compensation, training and development, records management, employee relations and retention, employment processing, and leaves of absence management.

Essential Duties:
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to promote a positive work environment and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years of human resources administration experience, with SHRM-CP or HRCI PHR certification preferred. A strong understanding of Federal and State labor laws, leaves of absence, worker compensation, OSHA, and Cal-OSHA regulations is also required.

  • Competitive salary range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
