Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Property Management

The Crye-Leike Property Management-Memphis team is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Residential Leasing Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, ensuring seamless communication with tenants, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role:
This role involves working closely with the Property Manager to process applications, coordinate tenant move-ins, and manage prospective tenant inquiries. You will also be responsible for connecting and disconnecting utilities, maintaining accurate records, and preparing reports from software.

Key Responsibilities:
* Process applications and coordinate tenant move-ins
* Manage prospective tenant inquiries and guest cards
* Connect and disconnect utilities
* Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
* Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Apps
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
* Experience with property management software a plus

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year
