Area Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Area Supervisor to lead our team of 10 corporate-owned Long John Silver's restaurants in the Midwest. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
Key Performance Indicators- Sales growth: 5% increase in same-store sales;
- Customer satisfaction: maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 85% or higher;
- Reliability: achieve an average restaurant reliability score of 90% or higher;
- Financial performance: maintain a profit margin of 15% or higher.
- Develop and implement regional strategies to drive business growth;
- Maintain open communication with Restaurant General Managers and other stakeholders;
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations to identify areas for improvement;
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for Restaurant General Managers and crew members.
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
