Job Opportunity

Heart 2 Heart Unltd is seeking a licensed Osteopathic Physician (DO) to provide medical care and oversight in an intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) setting for individuals with substance use disorders (SUD).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough medical assessments and exams for clients.
  • Prescribe and manage medications, including MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment), to support client recovery.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, counselors, and case managers to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, adhering to regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) in California.
  • Experience in addiction medicine or behavioral health is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
