Primary Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Primary Therapist to join our team at Rochester Regional Health. As a Primary Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with mental illness or those struggling with substance abuse.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, counseling, and clinical interventions to a designated caseload.
- Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy, and participate in the coordination and delivery of patient care.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external care providers to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Complete all required documentation in a timely and comprehensive manner.
- Two to five years of mental health experience required.
- Compassionate, kind, and patient-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent computer skills.
- Masters Degree or PhD in Human Services field required.
- LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LCAT, LMFT, or permit holder in one of these professions required.

This is a full-time position at Evelyn Brandon Health Center, with a schedule of days. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Pay RangeThe listed base pay range is $55,000.00 - $70,000.00, with opportunities for additional pay components based on experience and qualifications.
