Job Title: Strategic Account Manager - North American Region

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team in the North American region. As a key member of our Field Systems Division, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow relationships with key clients to ensure client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, comprehending their business needs and providing strategic solutions to help them achieve their objectives.
  • Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key clients through regular business reviews and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, working in close collaboration with the Sales team to develop account expansion strategies.

Requirements:

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to drive results and overcome obstacles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address client needs effectively.
  • Successful track record in account management, with a focus on strategic relationship building and revenue growth.
