Strategic Account Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Trimble. As a key member of our Field Systems Division, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our key clients in the North American region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, comprehending their business needs and providing strategic solutions to help them achieve their objectives.
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key clients through regular business reviews and collaboration with internal teams.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, working in close collaboration with the Sales team to develop account expansion strategies.
- Remain current with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and market conditions to proactively identify potential risks and opportunities for our clients.
Requirements:
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to drive results and overcome obstacles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address client needs effectively.
