Job SummaryThe Clinical Nurse II is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients and their families. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, while also supporting the mission, values, and management of patient care services at WakeMed.
Key Responsibilities- Implement a plan of care based on the patient's physical, psychological, socioeconomic status, and physician orders.
- Support the mission, values, and management of patient care services at WakeMed.
- Collaborate with patients and families to provide care and education.
- Participate in the delivery of care, ensuring dignity and respect for patients and families.
- 2 years of nursing experience or equivalent education.
- Diploma or Associate's degree in nursing, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Registered Nurse licensure required.
This role requires a flexible schedule, with hours of work from 7pm to 7am, Monday through Sunday. Weekend and call requirements may apply.
