Branch Client Support Manager

As a Client Relationship Manager (CRM), you will play a pivotal leadership role that directly influences the operational success of our branch. You will serve as the primary contact at the branch, collaborating with team members and partners across the organization to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Branch Manager and sales/support teams in addressing client needs and resolving escalated issues.
- Enhance both internal and external client relationships.
- Act as the Branch Manager in their absence.
- Oversee the coordination and maintenance of branch documentation and operational workflows.
- Implement, train, and support new processes adopted by the organization.
This role allows you to leverage your passion for mentorship and the development of client service professionals in a company that values your contributions and fosters your growth.
What You Have:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Active and valid FINRA Series 7, 9/10, and 63 licenses.
- 3+ years of experience in customer service.
- 3-5 years in a financial services or securities role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Notary certification.
- 2+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in a client-facing position.
- Strong financial knowledge, particularly regarding brokerage regulations.
- Proven ability to manage client concerns with professionalism and tact.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively, while managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective cross-enterprise relationships.
