Overview: The Clinical Quality Improvement Coordinator is responsible for orchestrating, executing, and assessing clinical and operational enhancement initiatives within the hospital and among medical staff. This role involves overseeing the performance improvement processes for medical staff and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. The position reports directly to the Director of Quality & Case Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversees performance enhancement initiatives for hospital and medical personnel
  • Assesses clinical quality projects for benchmarking purposes
  • Facilitates processes for accreditation and compliance with regulations
  • Provides education to staff and physicians regarding Performance Improvement methodologies
  • Meets designated performance objectives

Qualifications and Experience:

Experience:

Preferred: A minimum of five years in clinical practice and quality management. Required: An RN, RHIA, RHIT, or a related healthcare professional with at least three years of relevant experience.
