Job Summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Legal Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing legal invoices, supporting the Corporate Legal and Compliance Department, and providing administrative assistance to the General Counsel and paralegals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and process vendor invoices, assign billing codes, and obtain internal approvals
  • Input data into the company billing system, Yooz
  • Draft expense reports for the General Counsel and Corporate Legal and Compliance Department
  • Support paralegals with preparation of annual report filings, charting, fictitious business name statements, foreign qualifications, annual minutes, and Form 4 filings
  • Provide administrative support to the General Counsel, Associate General Counsel, Chief Intellectual Property Counsel, and Corporate and Intellectual Property paralegals

Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in a law office, corporate legal, or accounting department
  • Notary Public Commission (preferred but not required)
  • U.S. Person for access to ITAR-Controlled Technical Data

Working Conditions:
  • Hours are generally 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., although some evening and weekend time may be required at peak times

Salary Range:
$49,830.00-$66,550.00

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
