About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Person to join our team at a McDonald's franchisee-owned restaurant. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our restaurant, including the interior and exterior spaces, equipment, and grounds.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily maintenance tasks, including filtering oil fryers, maintaining outside grounds, and cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms.
  • Unload delivery trucks twice a week and take out and empty trash compactors.
  • Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also need to be physically able to perform the duties of the job, which may include lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
