Outbound Scheduler

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with heavy outbound call experience to assist homeowners in coordinating their final inspections with local cities and counties.

This is not a sales position; your focus will be on scheduling and providing exceptional customer service.

• Contact homeowners to set up final inspections, considering city availability and homeowner preferences.
• Utilize phone, email, and city portals for scheduling; manage updates in our internal system.
• Send confirmations to homeowners and contractors via text or email.
• Handle high-volume incoming calls (80-100 calls per day) and assist with text blasts once trained.
• Provide timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Heavy outbound call experience is essential.
• Strong ability to manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Proven track record of delivering accurate information under pressure.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and mathematical skills.
• Ability to interface with executive management effectively.
