Financial Services Customer Advocate

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years of experience in a call center environment
- Minimum one year of experience in a customer service role
- Ability to type 30-45 words per minute
- Ability to read and speak English fluently
- Familiarity with computer systems and software applications
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
We also prefer candidates with relevant experience in banking or financial services, as well as bilingual Spanish proficiency.
