Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Grant Aviation. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the upkeep of our facilities across all Grant Aviation bases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facility Maintenance: Perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and small projects to ensure the smooth daily operations at each station.
  • Safety Procedures: Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures and protocols.
  • Task Management: Initiate and complete tasks such as installation, repair, patch, and paint of walls, ceiling, and floors.
  • Office Maintenance: Repair damaged office furniture and perform scheduled maintenance of office equipment.
  • Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and report hazardous conditions.
  • Documentation: Complete work with proper documentation and communication to stakeholders.
  • Travel: Travel to various locations as required to perform maintenance tasks.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience with automated conveyor systems and controls, repair of material handling equipment, and conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Skills: Knowledgeable in utilizing computers to maintain logs, inventories, and purchasing records, and ability to use power and hand tools.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and/or move 100 lbs, stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and work in a fast-paced environment.
