- Ensure Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all safety practices are used, complying with all company, local, city, state, and federal guidelines.
- Follow Company Policies and Procedures: Follow Bridge policies and procedures, and comply with Fair Housing, state, and federal laws.
- Regular Attendance: Regular, on-time attendance is essential for this role.
- Experience and Qualifications: 7-10 years of related building or property maintenance supervisory work experience, with a high school graduate or equivalent.
- Skills and Abilities: Ability to communicate with residents, co-workers, subordinates, and management, with a working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, masonry, and carpentry, and HVAC systems.
- Physical Demands: Ability to climb up to 40 feet, with color vision and the ability to hear.
