The Lot Assistant is essential in supporting the operational functions of our facility. This role involves various responsibilities aimed at ensuring smooth post-repossession processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage post-repossession tasks, including the preparation of vehicle redemptions and inventory of personal belongings.
- Oversee the organization of vehicle storage and facilitate the preparation of vehicles for transportation.
- Execute a range of administrative duties, which encompass communication via electronic mail, scanning, faxing, and telephonic correspondence.
- Demonstrated integrity and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in computer operations and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Minimum age requirement: 24 years.
- Driving record should reflect no more than two infractions within the past three years.
- Must have no felony convictions.
This position is vital for maintaining the operational integrity of our facility and ensuring the effective management of our vehicle inventory.
