Join the Team at Associates Asset Recovery as a Lot Assistant

The Lot Assistant is essential in supporting the operational functions of our facility. This role involves various responsibilities aimed at ensuring smooth post-repossession processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage post-repossession tasks, including the preparation of vehicle redemptions and inventory of personal belongings.
  • Oversee the organization of vehicle storage and facilitate the preparation of vehicles for transportation.
  • Execute a range of administrative duties, which encompass communication via electronic mail, scanning, faxing, and telephonic correspondence.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated integrity and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in computer operations and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Minimum age requirement: 24 years.
  • Driving record should reflect no more than two infractions within the past three years.
  • Must have no felony convictions.

This position is vital for maintaining the operational integrity of our facility and ensuring the effective management of our vehicle inventory.
