AP Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled AP Specialist to join their team in Monroe, NC. As an AP Specialist, you will be responsible for processing high-volume invoices, coding and matching invoices, check runs, reconciliations, vendor maintenance, and data entry.

• Process high-volume invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Coding and matching invoices to ensure accurate payment
• Perform check runs and reconcile accounts
• Maintain vendor relationships and perform vendor maintenance
• Enter data into the accounting system with high accuracy
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the team

• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
• AP experience is highly desired
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

This position comes with a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $54,000 per year, PTO, medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, and more. The work site is hybrid, with onsite 3 days and work from home 2 days a week.
