Job Summary

Associates Asset Recovery is seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Lot Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling post-repossession activities, including preparing vehicle redemptions, personal property inventory, and storage. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare vehicle redemptions and personal property inventory
  • Store and manage vehicles on the lot
  • Perform general maintenance and upkeep of the lot, including cutting grass and removing debris
  • Contribute to the overall success of the team by providing excellent customer service and supporting colleagues as needed

Requirements:

  • 24 years of age or older for insurance purposes
  • No more than 2 driving infractions within the last 3 years
  • No felony criminal history
