The hotel features seven dining and drinking outlets, a signature spa, fitness center, and rooftop pool. With over 100,000 square feet of meeting and event space, the hotel caters to discerning clientele.

Responsibilities
  • Train associates to ensure Omni Standards
  • Communicate with department managers and Night Audit team
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues
  • Be familiar with hotel computer system for training, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Complete weekly supply inventories and rate discrepancy reports
  • Block and assign arrivals for VIPs, ESPs, and special requests
  • Prepare group information sheets and complete check-out with balance reports
  • Adhere to Systems & Controls and assure knowledge of Marketing Programs
  • Work closely with Loyalty Ambassador to track and service select guests
Requirements
  • Previous luxury hotel experience required
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for entire scheduled shift
  • Customer service oriented, multi-tasking, detail orientation, and excellent organizational skills
  • Four-year college degree, preferably in hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of Property Management Systems and related computer programs
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
