Front Office Operations Manager

The Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport is a luxury hotel in the heart of Boston, offering 1,054 finely appointed guestrooms and 52 suites. The hotel features seven dining and drinking outlets, a signature spa, fitness center, and rooftop pool. With over 100,000 square feet of meeting and event space, the hotel caters to discerning clientele.
Responsibilities- Train associates to ensure Omni Standards
- Communicate with department managers and Night Audit team
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues
- Be familiar with hotel computer system for training, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Complete weekly supply inventories and rate discrepancy reports
- Block and assign arrivals for VIPs, ESPs, and special requests
- Prepare group information sheets and complete check-out with balance reports
- Adhere to Systems & Controls and assure knowledge of Marketing Programs
- Work closely with Loyalty Ambassador to track and service select guests
- Previous luxury hotel experience required
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for entire scheduled shift
- Customer service oriented, multi-tasking, detail orientation, and excellent organizational skills
- Four-year college degree, preferably in hospitality industry
- Knowledge of Property Management Systems and related computer programs
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
