Front Office Operations Assistant

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual looking to kick-start your career in administration? We're offering $23/hr for this position, which requires at least 6 months of experience in administrative work. As the Front Office Operations Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting daily operations and ensuring a smooth flow of activities in our office. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and transfer calls to appropriate personnel.
- Manage front desk activities, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in administrative work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and procedures.
