Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Office Supervisor to join our team. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing the front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and Welcome Guests: Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome, using a positive and clear speaking voice.
  • Registration and Check-In: Complete the registration process by inputting and retrieving information with routine efficiency from a computer system, confirming pertinent information including number of guests and room rate.
  • Phone and Message Handling: Promptly answer the telephone using positive and clear communication, input messages into the computer, and update Guest profiles.
  • Guest Complaint Resolution: Field guest complaints, conducting thorough research to develop effective solutions and negotiate results.
  • Inventory Management: Control the inventory for all arrivals, ensuring that we are constantly balanced and taking advantage of what we have available.
  • Team Collaboration: Interact with other departments in the hotel as it pertains to the daily workings of the Front Office, taking down accurate messages and communicating them to the Manager upon their return.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in Property Management Software: Experience in property management software, such as OPERA, is preferred.
  • Strong Organizational and Analytical Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills, along with demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in the English language, both verbally and in writing, with a second language desirable.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Must have experience in all Microsoft Office suite products.
