Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Operations Manager to join our team at Omni Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our hotel's management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Front Desk staff and ensuring maximum operating efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directly oversee all aspects of Front Office, Guest Services, and Ideal Services departments.
  • Hire, train, and guide newly hired front office associates.
  • Ensure adherence to Front Office SOPs and hotel-wide SOPs.
  • Monitor and enhance front office department culture, associate motivation, and service levels.
  • Communicate with all departments to ensure service levels meet or exceed expectations.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Manage computer systems and troubleshoot front office operations.
  • Adhere to Systems & Controls of the Front Office and relevant areas of responsibility.
  • Complete departmental scheduling and payroll on a weekly basis.
  • Monitor department labor and productivity.
Requirements
  • At least two (2) years of directly related experience in a managerial role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent organizational, supervisory, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well under stressful situations and handle challenges in a professional manner.
  • 4-diamond presentation required.
