Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for our internationally oriented middle market clients.
- Collaborate closely with German clients engaged in various projects within the USA.
- Conduct audits or reviews of annual financial statements in compliance with US GAAP, HGB, and IFRS standards.
- Independently manage audit teams while ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Work alongside tax consultants to provide interdisciplinary support.
- Advise clients on the design and implementation of international transactions.

- Participate in business development initiatives and client engagement activities.
- Receive support for passing the US CPA Exam.

Qualifications:
- A degree in business management, economics, or a related field.
- Successful completion of the German Certified Public Accountant examination.
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in assurance services.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong team player with the ability to lead and organize a professional team.
- In-depth knowledge of German HGB and international accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP).
- Excellent communication skills and client-oriented mindset.
- Ability to demonstrate confidence and effective reasoning in collaborative environments.
