\t* Develop and execute a strategic plan for AOT Recruiting, including lead generation, talent assessment, and recruitment goals
\t* Lead a team of seasoned recruiters to generate leads, assess talent, and recruit AOTs with the required competencies
\t* Collaborate with business partners, including AOT Training and Transitions teams, to identify and develop AOT key capabilities and competencies
\t* Set recruiting targets to match geographic and timing needs for store openings
\t* Manage the AOT Recruiting budget and marketing costs
\t* Develop a robust internal recruiting program in partnership with the AOT training team
\t* Collaborate with and motivate direct reports on their professional development and growth
\t* Monitor direction and growth of the business, industry developments, and market trends

\t* Bachelor\u2019s degree strongly preferred
\t* 10+ years recruiting and leading recruiting efforts for customer-facing business leaders
\t* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up like environment

\t* Proven and effective approach for assessing talent
\t* Strong planning skills and analytical abilities
\t* Passion for collaboration and driving for results
\t* Extraordinary listening and organizational skills

\t* Has a background in grocery, retail, or customer service
\t* Experience in performance assessment and coaching
\t* Excellent communication skills both vertically and cross-functionally
\t* Experience managing remote teams
