At Columbia Sportswear, we're seeking a seasoned Regional Footwear Merchandising Strategist to drive our APAC business forward.

This is a hybrid position based out of our corporate HQ near Portland, Oregon, with in-office expectations of 3 days per week. As the champion for regional merchandising direction, you'll develop clear seasonal strategies and objectives to deliver consumer-right assortments that drive growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Asia Pacific region, with at least 8+ years of footwear merchandising experience in the sportswear, outdoor, or action sports industry. A minimum of 8+ years of team development and management experience is also required.

You'll work closely with our product teams to fulfill gaps or emerging opportunities, partner with country merchandising leaders to align commercial partners across channels and key accounts, and ensure our assortment delivers a balance of brand energy and commercial drivers.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 annually, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, flexible spending accounts, health savings account, and an assortment of voluntary benefit offerings.
