**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Merchandising Strategist to join our Rejuvenation team. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing three-year business strategies to maximize sales and profits across multiple product categories.

**Job Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement long-term strategic direction for multiple divisions, ensuring alignment with brand vision and goals
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to identify new product/category opportunities and drive business growth
  • Review and approve category strategy, financial plans, and product assortment plans to ensure cohesive product stories and business objectives are met
  • Work closely with visual merchandising teams to plan floor layouts and management strategies
  • Lead and facilitate divisional meetings across functions and distribution channels

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Merchandising or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 8 years of Buying/Product/Category Management experience
  • 5+ years planning and inventory management in a retail company
  • Strong forecasting, financial, and analytical skills
  • Proven track record of setting strategies and driving top-line and bottom-line results

**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
