Job Opportunity:

At GPAC, we are seeking a highly experienced Construction Superintendent to lead our dynamic and fast-growing construction team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing various construction projects, ensuring quality and timeliness, and maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Planning: Create and manage 2-week look-ahead schedules and punch lists to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Subcontractor Management: Oversee and manage subcontractors to guarantee quality and timely completion of projects.
  • Material Procurement: Handle procurement of materials and ensure timely deliveries to meet project deadlines.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Demonstrate hands-on leadership skills by assisting on-site as needed and providing guidance to team members.
  • Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Client Interaction: Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 10+ years in the construction industry, with experience across residential, commercial, industrial, and civil projects.
  • Software Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Personality: Outgoing, Type A personality with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not mandatory.
