Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our New Homes Division, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process of multiple high-end custom homes from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and budget adherence.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, conduct regular site inspections, and address any issues promptly.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, ensuring all safety regulations and protocols are followed on-site.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the main point of contact for clients and keeping them informed throughout the project.
  • Implement and manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Foster strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors to ensure reliable and high-quality work.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in high-end custom/luxury residential building practices.
  • Proven track record of delivering homes to the highest quality standards, on time, and within budget.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and the ability/willingness to learn company software systems (e.g., Co-Construct).
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective subcontractor relations.
  • Proven track record in customer-facing roles.
  • Effective communicator, skilled in the use of customer-friendly language.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
