Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Superintendent to join our dynamic and fast-growing construction team at GPAC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Planning: Develop and manage 2-week look-ahead schedules and punch lists to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Subcontractor Management: Oversee and manage subcontractors to guarantee quality and timeliness of work.
  • Material Procurement: Handle procurement of materials and ensure timely deliveries to meet project requirements.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Demonstrate willingness to get hands-on and assist on-site as needed, leading by example and promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Bilingual Skills: Ideally bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Client Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through regular communication and updates.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in residential, commercial, industrial, and civil projects.
  • Software Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to adapt to new software and technologies.
  • Personality: Outgoing, Type A personality with strong leadership and communication skills, able to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not mandatory.
