Job Title: Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our team at The ELTA Group. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the construction site
  • Monitor and address any risk areas to maintain a safe working environment
  • Communicate project milestones and timelines with clients and other stakeholders
  • Assist the Project Manager in reviewing and updating progress and cost reports
  • Monitor and review work performance to ensure good quality control
  • Exercise initiative and perform additional duties as required
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience working with Project Management software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments
