About the Role

This Front Desk Receptionist position is a vital part of our Long Island Vision Management team. As the first point of contact for patients, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, and ensure a seamless experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet patients
  • Schedule appointments, verify insurance information, and collect demographics
  • Manage patient flow, ensure timely check-in and check-out, and oversee administrative tasks
  • Communicate with internal teams and providers to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

Compensation:

  • Hourly rate: $22.00
