Receptionist Administrator

This Front Desk Receptionist position is a vital part of our Long Island Vision Management team. As the first point of contact for patients, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, and ensure a seamless experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet patients
- Schedule appointments, verify insurance information, and collect demographics
- Manage patient flow, ensure timely check-in and check-out, and oversee administrative tasks
- Communicate with internal teams and providers to ensure efficient operations
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
- Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Compensation:
- Hourly rate: $22.00
