Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Analyst to join our team at Apex Systems. As a key member of our commercial management team, you will play a critical role in supporting the post-award management of Supply Chain Contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the commercial management of Supply Chain Contracts, ensuring compliance with client policies and procedures.
  • Create and track vendor master tickets and supplier registration requests in Ariba for new suppliers and change requests.
  • Provide current contracts or approved legal forms to the Commercial Strategy Lead.
  • Ensure all contract documents, including supporting documents, are accurately uploaded to the relevant contract record.
  • Manage system price books to enable electronic billing and payment within SAP and Ariba.
  • Support Operations on contract disputes and escalate to the Commercial Strategy Lead as necessary.
  • Support Suppliers with invoice disputes and contract inquiries, escalating to Accounts Payable or the Buyer Lead as needed.
  • Manage and execute system changes to contracts requested by the Buyer, including contract pricing changes, term changes, and administrative changes.
  • Run and analyze internal reports on Supplier/Category Contract spend and term.
  • Assist in generating weekly reports as needed, such as approved vendor lists.
  • Support the Buyer with additional requirements as necessary, including maintaining hardcopy records.
Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position.
