Job Overview

The Contracts Specialist is a key role within our organization, responsible for managing the business aspects of customer contracts. This position requires a strong understanding of contract management principles and the ability to work closely with various stakeholders, including Marketing, Legal, and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple contracts and documents, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure contract language and data security language align with other key areas of the RFP.
  • Work closely with our outside legal partner to ensure timely responses to customer contracts.
  • Proactively update policies and procedures related to data security practices.
  • Ensure contracts are uploaded, tagged, and searchable in our contract management software, ContractWorks.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • BA/BS degree in communication, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with technical and legal documents, preferably in a B-to-B or B-to-C setting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience with ContractWorks or similar contract management systems a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a fast-paced team.
