Job Summary

UPS Industrial Services is seeking a skilled Contract Review Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements for clients and subcontractors in various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the review of contract documents to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Redline client contracts using standard clauses and negotiate directly with clients and subcontractors.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to finalize contractual terms.
  • Provide expert advice on contract-related matters and assist with contract negotiations.
  • Maintain databases and audit files for contracts, subcontracts, and rate administration.
  • Monitor the contract lifecycle to ensure timely renewals, expirations, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Utilize a CLM program to streamline contract processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as law, business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of contract lifecycle experience, including redlining and negotiating contracts.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and contract lifecycle management systems.
