Contract Specialist

Job Summary:
Cenergy International is seeking a skilled Contract Specialist to support the post-award commercial management of Supply Chain Contracts. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP and Excel, as well as a Bachelor's Degree.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the commercial management of Supply Chain Contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Create and track vendor master tickets and supplier registration requests in Ariba.
- Provide current contracts or approved legal forms to the Commercial Strategy Lead.
- Ensure all contract documents are uploaded to the relevant contract record and accurate nomenclature is used.
- Manage system price books to enable electronic billing and payment within SAP and Ariba.
- Support operations on contract disputes before escalating to the Commercial Strategy Lead.
- Support suppliers with invoice disputes and contract inquiries before escalating to Accounts Payable or the Buyer Lead.
- Manage and execute system changes to contracts requested by the Buyer.
- Run and analyze internal reports on supplier/category contract spend and term.
- Assist in generating weekly reports as needed.
- Support the Buyer with additional requirements as appropriate.
Qualifications:
- SAP experience a plus.
- Excel experience.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
