Key Responsibilities:
As a manager, you will oversee operations weekly, ensuring customers receive prompt, precise, and friendly service during every visit.

Some managers may also oversee specific departments, which involves managing systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting objectives, assigning tasks to team members, monitoring progress, and reporting outcomes back to your team and fellow managers.

The Guest Service Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that crew members and managers provide an outstanding customer experience, that promotional activities are executed effectively, and that all service personnel are well-trained in service protocols. Additionally, the Front Counter and Drive-Thru areas must be organized for optimal service delivery.

The Kitchen Operations Supervisor is tasked with guaranteeing that the restaurant serves high-quality food swiftly, that food safety standards are met, that food costs are managed efficiently, and that all kitchen staff are well-trained in food preparation procedures, including new menu offerings.

The People Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the restaurant recruits qualified staff, provides thorough training, and schedules employees to meet sales and profitability targets.

This role also involves ensuring that new crew members have a positive onboarding experience and are recognized and motivated throughout their employment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous management experience is advantageous, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting. We seek enthusiastic team players with adaptable schedules who thrive in a dynamic environment.
