About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineering Specialist to join our team at The Dyer Partnership Engineers & Planners, Inc. in Coos Bay, Oregon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop municipal civil and environmental engineering projects using AutoCAD and relevant modeling software technology.
  • Perform and document engineering calculations, and assist in the preparation of technical specification materials.
  • Support staff by completing design details and construction plan sets, and complete field observation, inspection, survey, and data collection duties.
  • Assist in the preparation of engineering and construction cost estimates, and maintain accuracy and quality in work.
Requirements
  • AAS degree in civil technologies is preferred, and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and practiced in AutoCAD Civil 3D and associated tools.
  • Competent in Windows Operation System, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and ability to work and communicate successfully in a team environment.
  • Quality and accuracy shall be maintained in all work, and all other tasks required to provide excellent service to clients.
