Business Process Management Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Management Specialist to join our team at ADVICS North America, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing applications around the core concepts of business process management, collaboration, business intelligence, and enterprise content management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, program, test, debug, and implement scalable applications within .NET and Nintex K2 frameworks.
- Develop Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including PowerApps and PowerAutomate.
- Develop SQL Server databases with relational database structure, including tables, views, functions, and stored procedures.
- Create SQL Server Integration Studio jobs that transform data between various data sources.
- Design, develop, and support business management processes utilizing Nintex K2, including integration with SharePoint, MS SQL, and Oracle EBS application database.
- Develop and extend base functionality of SharePoint application pages created in VB.NET/C# using SQL and SharePoint datasources.
Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related field from a two or four-year college, university, or technical school.
- Four years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to function in a team environment and work with others.
- Strong technical writing skills and ability to document business requirements, application design, technical specifications, and testing plans.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification.
- Microsoft Power Platform certification.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
