Job Title: Industrial Automation Specialist
Job Summary:
Actalent is seeking an experienced Industrial Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Controls Engineering team, you will be responsible for developing, installing, and servicing automated industrial systems throughout the US. Your primary focus will be on programming in Siemens, Omron, and other industrial control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement automated industrial systems using PLCs, HMIs, and other control systems.
- Collaborate with the Controls Engineering team to design and implement control systems.
- Install and test control systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in industrial automation and control systems.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming languages (e.g., Ladder Logic, Function Block).
- Experience with industrial control systems (e.g., Siemens, Omron).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
