FLEX College Prep, a prominent educational service organization in California, is on the lookout for enthusiastic and

client-focused professionals to enhance sales efforts in designated regions while delivering exceptional service to our

varied clientele. The Educational Operations Manager plays a crucial role in supporting both the sales and

operational teams, serving as a primary liaison for clients. This role will report directly to the Director of

Academic Operations at FLEX.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support:
  • Supervise Operations Staff across multiple locations.
  • Execute all administrative functions related to FLEX services, ensuring seamless operations both in-person and online.
  • Track and analyze data concerning customer satisfaction and student achievements.
  • Manage all FLEX facilities in California, including lease agreements, utilities, and maintaining a professional environment.
Sales Support:
  • Collaborate with the Director of Academic Service Operations on sales initiatives and pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate marketing activities, including webinars, seminars, and direct mail campaigns.
  • Oversee FLEX's institutional partnerships, ensuring high levels of student satisfaction.
  • Maintain superior post-sale service standards and manage program data to improve service quality.
  • Keep the CRM system updated, provide accurate sales forecasts, and enhance lead management.
  • Address customer inquiries effectively.
Work Environment:
  • Locations include Northern California with occasional travel to other offices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a team of 4-5 direct reports.
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative or sales operations.
  • Experience in the education or college preparatory sector is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM database management.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrated capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
